YOUR ROLE

• Co-ordinate the artwork creation with designers to ensure an impactful presence.
• Point of Sale Development: develop a range of innovative POS concepts aligned with brand objectives and customer needs to deliver outstanding in store execution of HCB brands.
• Go-To-Market Excellence: To be the key Sales Team Lead for all new and existing product implementations. Deliver and present Go-to-Market tools to the sales team, ensuring on time delivery true to brand identity and key messaging.
• Gain approvals from R&D on product claims and legal on competitions T&C.
• Raise POs for category and shopper budgets.

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed or in final year of completion of tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a business-related discipline.  
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Strong communication, prioritisation & presentation skills.
• Good relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
