Lo que hará
- Define y ejecuta la estrategia de cuentas global/regional/local, incluyendo el plan de ingresos anuales (KP) y el plan de objetivos (TP)
- Identifica oportunidades de negocio, dirige los presupuestos de desarrollo empresarial para las cuentas acordadas y los objetivos definidos.
- Traduce la estrategia y las prioridades del cliente en una hoja de ruta de innovación conjunta
- Impulsa e implementa las aprobaciones de los clientes e impulsa la venta de soluciones ascendentes
- Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones sostenibles y a largo plazo con las cuentas clave, ejecutivos y patrocinadores clave
- Implementa nuevos planes de adquisición de clientes para cuentas de cadena y prestigio
- Define precios específicos para la cuenta, negocia contratos, garantiza el cumplimiento de los compromisos y la implementación de la política comercial.
- Optimiza los procesos de ventas en el país y lidera los KAM junior
- Desarrolla y mantiene sólidas relaciones ejecutivas y multifuncionales en la sede central y en ubicaciones clave
- Dirige y apoya los recursos internos para ejecutar la estrategia de cuentas
- Analiza los KPI financieros y dirige de manera proactiva el negocio de cuentas clave.
- Es responsable de las tareas administrativas oportunas y precisas que respaldan la estrategia de la cuenta, incluidas las actualizaciones de pronósticos de ventas, informes mensuales, etc.
Lo que le convierte en un buen candidato
- Tener titulo en áreas de Administración, Ingeniería, Ventas o afines
- Contar con al menos 8 años de experiencia manejando cuentas/clientes.
- Tener Experiencia previa como vendedor /jefe de venta o KAM, idealmente en mundo ferretero o experiencia en consumo masivo.
- Tener disponibilidad para desplazarse a terreno para atender clientes
- Manejo de paquete office intermedio - avanzado.
