We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Process Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our production processes and drive continuous improvement in our production site in Drogenbos (Brussels South). If you love problem-solving and optimizing manufacturing systems, this role is for you!

What you´ll do

  • Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Improve efficiency, production rates, yields, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Uphold regulatory compliance and maintain top-notch product quality in a reliable production environment.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead and coordinate CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Process Control & Innovation: Enhance process capabilities, production volumes, and operational excellence through advanced process management.
  • Mentor & Train Teams: Provide expertise, training, and support to empower teams in implementing the Henkel Production System.
  • Overcome Challenges: Identify, escalate, and resolve roadblocks, ensuring all improvement activities lead to measurable success.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferably), or related.
  • A first professional experience (1-3 years) in a manufacturing environment, in a Process or Production (or similar) Engineer position.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in French and/or Dutch, and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong people leadership skills and ability to lead and influence others.
