About this Position

Join our dynamic team as an Events Associate in the Henkel Beauty Care Professional Division! In this creative and fast-paced role, you’ll collaborate with the Schwarzkopf Professional Education and Marketing team to deliver exceptional projects and events across Australia and New Zealand. As our Education & Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of business objectives by providing top-tier administrative and logistical support, all while working across major beauty brands like Schwarzkopf Professional, Shiseido Professional, Alterna, and Indola Professional. 

What you´ll do

  • Manage the education social media presence across SKP platforms that effectively communicate and engage our audience.
  • Capture and produce high quality education content at events, creating engaging reels.
  • Experiment with new content formats to enhance engagement.         
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external fashion events, roadshows, and industry awards in ANZ.
  • Coordinate guest artist logistics (flights, dates, accommodations) and ensure costs stay within company budgets.
  • Manage event coordination, including working with external companies for larger events and assisting with setup and materials distribution.
  • Create engaging promotional flyers and assist in seminar registration, payments, and confirmations.
  • Handle administrative duties including managing invoices, POs, travel expenses, and assisting with new product information distribution.

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience working within the beauty industry or agency delivering events is highly desirable though not required. 
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, plus strong attention to detail.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience in content creation and social media management.
